Directions

Adults and children over 5 years: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Bovine colostrum powder contains lactose and cow’s milk proteins. This product is not suitable for use in children under the age of 12 months except on professional health advice.
For infants and children take Inner Health Kids.
